Fire Damage Restoration
The fire is out. The damage isn't done being dealt with.
Smoke, soot, and the water used to fight the fire all cause damage that keeps spreading if it's not addressed fast. We handle the full cleanup — structure, contents, and the smell that lingers after everything looks clean.

What's actually left behind
The visible damage is rarely the whole story.
Soot travels — into HVAC systems, behind outlets, inside cabinetry — well beyond the room where the fire started. Smoke odor embeds itself in drywall, fabric, and wood. And water from firefighting efforts can cause a second wave of damage if it isn't dried properly.
A full fire damage restoration addresses all three, not just the burned materials that are easiest to see.
Every surface that isn't part of the job gets protected before work starts — floors, stairs, cabinetry, all of it.
Our process
Secured, cleaned, and restored —
in that order.
Assess & secure
We evaluate structural safety and board up or tarp any openings to protect the property from further exposure.
Water removal
Any water used to fight the fire is extracted and the structure is dried to prevent a second round of damage.
Soot & smoke cleanup
Surfaces, HVAC systems, and belongings are cleaned of soot residue using techniques suited to each material.
Odor removal
Deep smoke odor is neutralized at the source with specialized equipment — not just covered up with fragrance.
Restore & rebuild
From drywall and flooring to full reconstruction, we bring the space back — with documentation for your claim throughout.
Common questions
What South OC homeowners ask us.
Can you get the smoke smell out completely?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. Deep smoke odor requires specialized equipment (not air fresheners or basic ozone treatments) to neutralize it at the source in walls, ductwork, and porous materials.
Can some of our belongings be saved?
Often, yes. We assess furniture, textiles, and other contents individually — many items can be professionally cleaned and restored rather than replaced.
How soon should restoration start after a fire?
As soon as the fire department clears the property. Soot becomes harder to remove the longer it sits, and any firefighting water needs to be addressed within 24-48 hours to prevent secondary damage.
Do you work with insurance adjusters directly?
Yes — we document the damage thoroughly from day one and communicate directly with your adjuster to help keep the claim moving.
